Fine Art Show Sale is coming this March!
We will have our 93rd annual Fine Art & Photography Show & Sale this March 30-April 1. Postmark deadline for entry forms & entry fee payment is Thursday, March 23, 2023. Entry forms can be downloaded here. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader or another PDF reader to open the entry form. Adobe Acrobat Reader can be downloaded for free if needed. Entry forms may be printed/copied as many times as necessary.
Payment procedure (you do not need a PayPal account):
- Fill out a paper entry form
- Check "Yes" on the artist information portion of the entry form, indicating you want to pay by PayPal or debit/credit card.
- Provide a valid e-mail address on the form.
- Mail the form to the address listed thereon.
- When we receive your entry form, we will invoice you through PayPal, using the e-mail address you provided.
- Click the link in the e-mail you receive, and pay with a credit or debit card, or with your PayPal account (if you have one).
- We will have a record of your payment, so you only need to deliver your artwork on check-in day!
- Postmark deadline for entry forms (& fee if paying by check): Thursday, March 23rd.
- Late registration/check-in of artwork: Thursday, March 30th from 12:00 noon-6:00 p.m.
- Judging: Friday, March 31st
- Opening reception: Friday, March 31st, 5:00-7:00 p.m.
- Show open to the public: Saturday, April 1st, 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
- Pickup of entries after show: Saturday, April 1st, 4:00-5:00 p.m.
ATTENTION: All ADULT entry forms must be postmarked by March 23rd! Any not postmarked by this date will be considered late entries, and be assessed the late entry fee of $12/piece. This goes for members as well as non-members!
The show will be in the upstairs room in the Women's Building at the East Texas Arboretum, 1601 Patterson Rd., Athens, TX 75751.
